I had this game on the Wii when I was younger but the controls were so horrendous I never really played it. I was surprised to find it on Steam for less than a dollar. Initially on windows the contrast was so bad I could not play it but it seems to run on SteamOS flawlessly. So this game is not very good, the physics are arcade-y, there are only 8 tracks (16 if you count the reverse ones). I beat the game in less than an hour. There are also only 3 weapons (mines, rockets and primary). The game functions fine as a kart racer, but is super fast-paced. The entire story is just 4 race tournaments. There are a few challenges as well to unlock new cars. The biggest pro of this game is the soundtrack. The music is unique and fits well within the design of the game. If you like flash-style battle racers you may enjoy this for an hour, but I would def get it on sale for less than a dollar. I just do not understand how this game never got fleshed out more with so many people working on it. This feels more like an alpha game content wise.

I remember playing this years ago in 2015, then it just stopped working. I know my laptop sucked, but I was actually having fun and looking forward to the chaos :(

Well. It´s a racing game. Mario Kart with Mad Max look. It was mediocre at best when it came out in 2010. And now it aged horribly. You can´t get a higher resolution than 720p, no controller support, the story mode simply doesn´t exist despite being in the main menu. And the only nice thing i can say about the game is the soundtrack. Definetely not worth 3 bucks and even when it´s on sale for less than a dollar i´d rather recommend to avoid it.

https://youtu.be/Tot7qhscuxY Missing basic features for setting input, UI elements, and even reasonable vehicle physics is a disappointing combination.

Dear god, I played this game on the Wii when I was young, and I thought I'd go down memory lane. Not. Worth. It. The controls are so abysmal and you cant even change them. Only options you get are for the audio. Don't spend your money
