GoatPunks is a rip-roaring multiplayer game of goats, mountains, fireballs and good ole head-butting action. Can you hoof it to the top and stay there?
Pit your goat against other players in a battle to become king of the mountain. Fight through an onslaught of bombs, obstacles and other players to climb to the top of 9 vibrantly-themed mountains. Once up there, stay on top of the competition for 30 hectic seconds to claim victory.
GoatPunks supports up to 4 players in head-to-headbutt, split-screen, action. Grab your controllers and get ready to roll. Shields, weapons, and power-ups are scattered about the mountain, and if you manage to get your goat to make it up the peak, all the other goats will have a common enemy: you!

Online doesn't work at all, which is why I wanted it in the first place. It's also apparent from the Discussions that the developer has abandoned the game in favor of porting it to other consoles. Update: It seems like all of the achievements are not obtainable. I had to download an older version to obtain the "beginner" achievements, as that difficulty level was apparently removed from the game. Even then, I can't obtain everything. There are around 10 that I have no idea how to unlock. Only 0.4% of players have them (which leads me to believe they used SAM). This may not be a huge deal to a lot of people, but I really enjoy getting 100% in games so this has definitely soured my view.7 found this helpful

Indulging in a four-player fest on the sofa is an absolute riot! Even my pint-sized progeny managed to oust me from my throne a few times. This game's a real hoot for the whole clan, yet it also exudes that electric "smash bros" vibe when you've got your mates round for a tipple or two. It's a cracking solo venture too, with those AI goats proving to be cunning adversaries, keeping you hooked for hours on end. Just like a finely brewed cuppa, GoatPunks is easy to pick up and get stuck into, yet it boasts layers of nuance and strategy that require a bit of time to truly savor. The array of power-ups inject a splash of creativity, while each goat struts its stuff with a unique set of skills and playstyle. It's a jolly good time experimenting to find your perfect caprine match. Now, let's tip our hats to the splendid level design! Each "mountain" boasts its own distinct flavor, and the attention to detail in the artwork is positively smashing. Personally, I've got a soft spot for the steam punk-inspired stage, what with its whirring cogs and precarious platforms, but goodness me, the lava-laden volcano level is a sight to behold as well!2 found this helpful

i played this game on my friend computer, and it is fun, but there is no players in competition mode, so i will give barely positive feedback
