Pretty fun short game for a quick achivement hunt. Only thing that annoyed me personally was the ugly ass AI art

Loved this game! Figuring out the achievements and how to get through the main ending was very entertaining. Only need to unlock two more achievements and I'll have 100% it!!!

Gone Exploring is a free, short, cute and gentle 3D exploration & puzzle game set in an undersea research station. The third person explorer is actually an octopus which is looking to escape to the outside ocean, but having some fun - and being helpful - along the way. Movement can be painfully slow, but the octopus' antics [spoiler]such as juggling and ping-pong[/spoiler] are very nicely animated and made me smile and laugh, and the soundtrack suits the game well. The puzzles to be solved for the octopus to make its escape are not difficult but are logical and well implemented. There are also some scientific messages about conservation of the seas etc which are neatly communicated to the player by the octopus looking at posters and documents. There are repeated minor clipping errors (e.g. the octopus partially sinking into the floor, and a "wet floor" warning sign going through the WC wall to the point where it couldn't be accessed), but there were no game-breaking bugs, and all of the 12 achievements (for particular interactions and for the final escape) were triggered perfectly (often a source of frustration in free games but not here, to the developers' credit). Beautiful Game Design and Art Work, Lot of real life data put into the posters, great music, nice puzzle element. A small and wonderful adventure as a 8 Legged Cutie getting caught in the CCTV walking slowly, holding 8 items in her tentacles. I hope Devs would release more DLC and stages for it in future.

A brilliant, bite-sized adventure! Exploring an underwater lab as a curious octopus is a uniquely cozy experience. Interacting with the world using all eight arms instead of a standard UI feels incredibly immersive. Short, relaxing, and completely free. Highly recommended!
