"Gunman And The Witch" is certainly an appealing sales blurb, a wild west city builder shooter hybrid? Then you find out it's just pixelcrap that looks like it was designed for mobile phones and the developers didn't even bother finishing it. The game has some simplistic mobile app style "building" stuff... you buy buildings etc to flesh out an old western town... and then a crappy 2D retro pixel top down shooting mode. Neither is very good, and neither will ever be completed. The developers abandoned this 4 years and 11 months ago. It will never be completed. This unfinished game is just polluting Steam and making it harder for gamers to find genuinely, completely made games. This features really godawful, lazy pixelcrap "art" instead of real graphics. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating 3D visuals, or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks bad because of that decision, and that's a major deterrent to gamers. Games like Terraria and Stardew Valley succeeded [i]despite[/i] the bad graphics, not because of them. You're forced to sign a highly quest…

As it exists, it's a buggy, poorly-translated mess where the combat isn't really fun and the management elements are so complex that you don't really feel like a cowboy on an adventure as much as an overworked intern. I would suggest the developers focus on making the combat feel fun and engaging, but forcing the player to do any kind of reload after dying when they could have spent the last few minutes micro-managing the hours and staff of a bar might not actually be a good idea. As is, I quit because I ran into a bug that froze the game during the tutorial, so getting those bugs fixed might be priority #1. I did try a run just jumping into the game, and it went much better than the tutorial, but almost nothing ever actually happens. Sure there are events, but I just pick one of two options about managing my resources and then it's usually over. I build a single row of buildings and have no idea what else there's to do in the game. It's not a bad idea, I even had fun at points, but this is not worth playing yet.

Единственным небольшим минусом можно назвать некоторую сложность в освоении управления обоими персонажами одновременно, но это быстро компенсируется удовольствием от решения хитрых головоломок. В целом, 'Gunman And The Witch' – это отличная игра для любителей платформеров и головоломок, предлагающая свежий взгляд на жанр.
