I was excited for this over 4 years ago and picked it up wanting to support the development. Then they abandoned it a couple of months later. So much wasted potential. Feel ripped off. Then found out they are developing another game. Will never support this studio again.

I bought the game because it was on sale, and it seems abandoned. It came out of early access, but it's a bit unplayable due to bugs that make you have to restart the game over and over again. The AI sometimes just stands there doing nothing, letting itself be killed by zombies, and they don't follow your orders either. I feel like they reactivate when I go looking for them or I'm near them (bug). The world feels empty. It had a lot of potential with a little more love.

I was following this game for while. I've also read all of this game's announcements and updates before it was abandoned in 2021. I actually liked this game as a disabled person that can't handle very bloody / gory fights.
PROS:
1. This survival game has a great amount of difficulty settings, also hefty variety of custom gameplay options around too about how can play the game. For comparison, majority of other survival games are forcing playing in one fixed difficulty / way. 2. Besides custom settings the game offers, the game itself also offers options for both God Mode and High Jump and Unlimited Sprint as well. 3. This game was working completely stable for me, and hovering around 60-80 FPS at 720p Windows mode and graphic Settings set to Medium as average performance. Note that I'm using pretty old GPU - AMD HD Radeon 7800 Series with 2 GB VRAM, you'll probably get much higher FPS even at higher graphic settings. 4. Both of Heavenworld's official maps has good variety of places and buildings to explore on, also the original one is pretty large. 5. It is also having a pretty much completed in-game map editor for building various custom maps. Heavenworld also has abilit…

GAME IS ABANDONED BUT READ FOR MORE INFO! It's a fun little zombie survival game, can build a base camp pretty much anywhere, you can form alliances or enemies with NPC factions, the varied map has nice points of interest, it's not too difficult but not easy either. HOWEVER; there is a game breaking bug where when you load a save, your frame rate WILL drop to 30fps regardless of what it was before and stays like that unless you start a new save, the developer has not and will not address this, they are working on another game which I presume will be abandoned too. Shame because Heavenworld has potential. I give it a 4/10 for the savee bug and being abandoned.

Gonna be honest, this is definitely abandonware at this point, and it has an interesting enough game to catch my eye for at least 30 hours. This game was so bland, in fact it feels like a tech demo, what its showcasing is totally unknown. i don't care to do a full breakdown but heres the gist: Lengthy sessions slowly lag to death, the game wears the skin of identity and has none, it has just enough of an interesting hook to have gotten me to play 30 hours, and it gets boring really fast. This game might be a scam all things considered. Amusingly, this is kind of a brutal take, but this game does the engine it uses so dirty that all other games i've seen since to me has a mark of dirt that makes me avoid them. Idk what engine this is, or if its just like... a specific art style, either way if you play this, and then see the games im talking about you'll know
