About Karolina
"Karolina" is a story-oriented game about a girl with a difficult fate.
One day, Karolina wakes up in the middle of an incomprehensible room, and sees her own body lying on the floor next to her.
In her new form, she has new abilities inherent in the ghost. Now her fate is in her hands.
With the help of the skill of inhabiting other people's bodies, she can control unconscious creatures while they are sleeping or are out.
A little later, a detective enters the game, who will eventually decide the fate of the villains.
But only Karolina will decide how to present the information to him.
The game has a unique combination of 3D graphics with 2d sprites. Thanks to the Unreal Engine, the game achieves quite beautiful graphics, and the corresponding load on the hardware.
Several episodes are planned.
- An interesting and complicated story of Caroline and those who are associated with her.
- Beautiful graphics.
- Non-linear plot
- Riddles and puzzles
The game is in early access, and in deep development. There are many bugs that will be solved regularly. The game may differ from the final result.

Karolina is an abandoned Early Access point and click adventure game with a disturbing/horror theme. Gameplay consists of clicking around various elements in each room to progress through puzzles and work towards the end of this incomplete and abandoned game. The game was abandoned one month after launch and hasn't been updated in almost 9 months. It blew past the developers commitment to complete the game several months ago without any notification or admission of failure from the developer. The game will never be completed. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. The game features lazy low-polygon "retro" assets, and 2D DooM like pixellated sprites instead of 3D models for the in-scene characters and interactables, making this look like a barely functional 3D game from the 1990s. It's unclear why the developers weren't able to arrange high quality, high polygon count contemporary assets for the game, and also irrelevant... what matters is that this looks bad as a result of their decisions, a compromise PC gamers shouldn't have to put up with. The game is very badly optimised, with low framerat…15 found this helpful
I got this game a very long time ago thinking that it was some cool game. The pictures of it looked quite good as well but for me to like a game there HAS TO be a GAME and Carolina is not a game at all. I think it actually has potential but unfortunately I think it's just abondened.
