Legend of the 9 Swords: Side Story

An incredible start to a game that will hopefully be released in the future. I loved the custom animations (Rethis was my favourite with his 'handgun' when he attacks, haha, and the world-building was interesting, reminiscent of Dungeons and Dragons with the mention of Tyr. The art style is the biggest highlight of the game for me, and I wanted to know more about the characters. I think it's intended that this is a midpoint in the game, since everyone seems to be already established, yet we as the players aren't really given any context as to how they met, why they are here, etc., but since this is a demo, that is to be expected. I hope to see more of this game in the future, and I will definitely purchase it if or when it is released. All the best!

I was surprised that I didn't hate this game. Not a glowing review I know, but what can one really expect from an rpg maker experience, To be fair, there isn't much here at all, i finished it in less than one hour. It's free, I don't feel it was a waste of time but it came out almost 8 years ago so the waiting game is officially over I'd say... we lost? 0 out rescheduled til wait O'clock without prejudice

Игра 'Legend of the 9 Swords: Side Story' приятно удивила. Несмотря на скромную пиксельную графику, геймплей оказался на удивление увлекательным и динамичным. Боевая система, основанная на использовании разных стилей меча, предоставляет тактическую глубину и разнообразие. Приходится внимательно выбирать оружие и подстраиваться под врагов. Сюжет, хотя и не блещет оригинальностью, вполне неплох и добавляет мотивации для прохождения. Отдельно хочется отметить отличную работу со звуком и музыкой. Мелодии создают атмосферу и подчеркивают происходящее на экране. Единственный минус - немного короткая продолжительность. Хотелось бы больше контента и развития истории. В целом, это хорошая игра для любителей экшен-платформеров с элементами RPG. Рекомендую к ознакомлению!

It's free so don't read some reviews...try it out!!! For me it was a little surprise that after a few minutes...well it was over.
