Lil' Snot: Moon Escape

I have beat the game, it is honestly just feels like a very nostalgic game lmao, to the dev, keep grinding, the art style is simple but it compliments the game play, idk if there is much lore (lmao) or the significance of the blob that I played as, but it was pretty chill, I beat it in less than an hour with a lot of fails, I can see this having Insane speed running potential ngl, I can definitely see tech made for it, like momentum saving and stuff like that.

Lil' Snot: Moon Escape is a really fun little precision platformer that I liked almost immediately. I play as a strange little alien trying to escape from a moon prison, and the entire game is built around launching myself through the air with mouse controls. It sounds simple, but getting the angle and power right can be much harder than I expected, and that made each successful movement feel satisfying. The main mechanic is wonderfully straightforward. I hold the mouse button, pull back and aim like I am using a bow, then release to launch Lil' Snot across the level. I can also use A and D to adjust my position, so I am constantly thinking about where I need to land next. I liked how much control this gives me while still making every movement feel risky. The level design does a good job of changing the rules between sections. I have to deal with sticky walls, repulsion walls, invisible platforms, teleporting platforms and portals, which keeps the basic launch mechanic from feeling repetitive. I enjoyed learning how each new obstacle works and then trying to use it without wasting too many attempts. The presentation is minimalist, but I think that works in the game's favor. The…
