Marooners throws you into a chaotic mix of minigames. You’ll be switching back and forth between exotic locations, all the while grabbing as much treasure as you can. Just try not to get drowned, burned, squashed, blown up, or worse... People from all over the world can easily play together, and you can even combine 2-6 local and / or online players, so your local friends can play with your offline friends. And if you need some extras to make up the numbers or don't feel so sociable, you can bring in the AI pirate bots to join the game. 
As well as Party Mode, you can challenge your friends in Arena Mode to see who's the king of the ring! About the developers
Marooners is being developed by game studio M2H and friends, brought together by their love of party games. M2H are veterans when it comes to developing games. In 2009, the brothers Hergaarden founded their studio, specializing in 3D Unity multiplayer games. They are known for their hugely successful realistic WW1 FPS "Verdun" and the "Crash Drive" free-roaming stunting series.

[i]Marooners[/i] is one of those rare games - at least in 2016, when smartphones weren't as widespread as they are today and consoles played a bigger role - that were suited to be played by a group of people together mostly during parties, for some quick, competitive fun, unlike more serious multiplayer titles that can bring out the malignance from certain people, often driving them furious and making them forget that games are for fun and entertainment afterall. What we have here is quite simply a collection of various minigames, where we compete with our friends/rivals as cute little characters from a bird's-eye perspective and try to win the matches one by one, or rather as many as we can, so by the end we obtain the highest overall score and emerge as the winner. We can be victorious in a match either by reaching the goal/finish line (if there's one) first or remain the last one standing, however in the end what really matters is how much gold we managed to accumulate (and keep, as we can lose some if we are hit)... so in theory it's possible to win even if we die early on, provided we collected enough coins and gems, but obviously the last player(s) alive have more time and o…6 found this helpful

good to play with children, off line, don't expect to find anyone to play online, also never was updated
This game makes me laugh lol.
The game is very bad. It switches too quickly between the mini games and the music, which was turned down, was automatically turned up extremely loud. Money lost, too bad...
I don't recommend it. Great graphics and sound, nice idea, bad gameplay. And does not let me use my game controller. Uninstalled
