About Mercury Blue: Mini Episode
Mercury Blue is a sci-fi comedy adventure for Windows PC. It is a classic point-and-click puzzle game at its core, but contains lush 3D environments with action elements throughout the adventure. The game is driven by an in-depth story and exciting characters helping to draw players into its universe. The player plays (primarily) as the main protagonist, Jake Hunter. Jake and his sidekick FU-2 must travel from planet to planet in search of excitement and adventure, all the while tracking down Jake's Nemisis, Vandros; The leader of the evil mining corporation, Conglomocorp. The game is episodic and set to span over 5 episodes, with a mini-episode/demo to be released in early 2018.

"Mercury Blue: Mini Episode" — короткая, но атмосферная игра с минималистичным дизайном. Геймплей основан на головоломках и исследовании, где игрок управляет персонажем в поиске выхода из загадочного мира. Простая графика и спокойная музыка создают уютную обстановку, однако сюжет остаётся туманным. Несмотря на короткое время прохождения, игра вдохновляет на повторные попытки из-за нестандартных решений. Подойдёт тем, кто ценит экспериментальные проекты.

The story is simple enough showing a nice introduction to its backstory and what is planned, along with some interesting background set up and world setting to expect with pretty good voice work. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any news about its continuation for some time. Gameplay is basic enough using the very classic point & click elements so its easy to get into especially if you're familiar with the genre. You get to play as the 2 characters both having a different section of the game to complete but overall isn't any different to one another at all. There are also some fun little shooting minigames to do. Achievements are all story related and so is easy to get as long as you finish the game. I love the extremely funny dialogue and it's a classic adventure style I love. It was great fun to play the mini episode hope they make it a full game.
