Very fun and challenging arcade style with lots of exploration, weapons and upgrades. In my opinion, the game is definitely worth checking out, It's really good for the price. The storytelling also needs some enhancements, adding character sprites, dynamic text, and perhaps sound effects would help a lot. Kind of linear, but fun! Combat was very engaging.

Great game for me to die repeatedly because I'm bad at shmups, but trying until you win is part of the fun.

Good fun. A great first-foray into the genre. Pretty much a shmup and metroidvania hybrid. Several traversal abilities some of which are weapons (as it should be), some fun upgrades, and a few play modes to round it all out. Adjustable difficulty and controls, so it shouldn't be too troublesome for newbies either. While it's certainly a bit rough around the edges, this one was clearly made with love, and is worth a shot.

This game is a super fun combination of 2 genres that have no business working with each other, and it makes them work super well! It has a glaring flaw, though. No spoilers, but the ending is ABSURDLY hard. I ended up lowering the difficulty during the fight, and it made little to no difference. Despite this, I had an excellent time with the game! 7/10
