Miracle Sudoku

Miracle Sudoku, developed and published by Studio Goya, is a striking example of how far a familiar concept can be pushed through thoughtful design and layered constraints. While it is rooted in the traditional rules of Sudoku, it quickly distinguishes itself by presenting puzzles that initially seem impossibly sparse, often offering only a handful of starting numbers. This deliberate minimalism is not a limitation but a challenge, inviting players to rely entirely on logic and deduction rather than visual density or obvious clues. The core structure remains recognizable: players must fill a 9×9 grid so that each number from 1 to 9 appears exactly once in every row, column, and subgrid. What transforms the experience is the addition of strict non-consecutive rules, preventing adjacent cells from containing numbers that differ by one. In many puzzles, this is combined with further restrictions inspired by chess movements, such as knight and king constraints, which prohibit identical numbers from appearing in positions that mirror those moves. Nice Sudokus. Only problem: no steam auto save apparently....if you set up a new clean pc or reset your current one, you gotta start all over...it's not saved on steam

My first time trying to play this game was quite awful as I found the countless amount of rules to be quite daunting, but after playing through a substantial amount of every other Cracking The Cryptic Sudoku game, I found the restrictions here to be quite enjoyable! I think the difficulties of puzzles are not quite accurate as puzzle 100 took me 7 minutes without hints, whereas puzzle 99 took me multiple hints and multiple hours. Either way, I found this to be really enjoyable! I do wish there were more actual Miracle Sudoku puzzles instead of simply being a non-consecutive game, but beggars can't be choosers.
