I had fun, but also the game has a big issue of taking way too long to get back to where you were. I think I did 3 playthroughs, got the point ending, the get too drunk ending, then checked out the wedding. I think I saw like the same few events, just in a different order, and probably caught every fish in the game available up to that point. so, the game wants you to replay it, but then also is such a pain having to see the same thing again and take what feels like 30 minutes to get back to where I was (no idea how long it actually takes, but felt longer). game needs a "pick up where you just left off" button after each ending in addition to quit and start over. if there was some option for that already, wasn't clear, didn't see it.

There is SO MUCH MORE to this game than I realized going in. At first, it seems so simple. But as I went further, I saw more and more how dynamic the story is and realized that sometimes the best thing to do is wait and see. Truly a steal! You don't know what you're missing til you're... Missing The Point ;) 10/10 RECOMMENDED!

Very enjoyable game. I don't want to spoil too much - but this is not just a fishing game, but also kind of a relaxing philiosphical narrative - mainly the pondering the narrator does in his own head as he calmly fishes. The multitude of fish available to catch is cool, and I had fun getting some of the more interesting trophies. A fair bit of replay value, as there are multiple options for text, and many different fish in this game. Game is also fully VA'd, which was nice to see. I feel this is will be a game I revisit every now and then, it's fun, unique, and the aesthetics are on point. Fun!
