Start slow, but with each pill the game speeds up — simple, snappy, and endlessly replayable.
🕹️ Gameplay
- Move with Arrow Keys or WASD (mobile: swipe).
- Collect pills to earn points and increase your speed.
- Watch the compliance timer — if it runs out, you lose a heart.
- Lose all hearts and it’s Game Over!
- Press P or Esc to pause (the timer truly stops).
- R restarts, M toggles sound.
