What Steam players say
Recent verbatim reviews from Steam — separate from playze.io community reviews below.
MXGP 24: The Official Game receives overwhelmingly negative feedback from players, with widespread complaints about poor handling mechanics, unresponsive controls, AI issues, and technical problems including crashes and non-functional UI buttons. Players criticize the steering and lean mechanics as feeling sluggish and unnatural, while track designs fail to capture their real-world counterparts, and the overall racing experience feels slow and unsatisfying. The consensus is that this game is not worth purchasing even at a low price point.
I thought the reviews were just memeing and it wasn't actually that bad... no... it is truly that bad. do not buy this game at all. I got it on 90% off and even im going to refund it. stay far away from this "game"6 found this helpful
Pretty terrible, the lean and steering feels like I'm driving a boat, the front brake does close to nothing, it feels extremely slow around each track I've tried. The ai is pretty terrible as well, acts like i don't exist and just terrible racing. Some of the tracks don't even feel like their real life counter parts. Lommel for example doesn't even feel like a sand track, it feels like a hardpack with a slightly different color. The graphics aren't great but I'm not playing it for top tier graphics, i would prefer good mechanics before good graphics. The career mode seems cool so far but i struggle to get past the slower feel of racing, the absolute terrible steering and lean mechanics. And on top of that as a dad being able to play this with a child in my lap and need to hit the rewind from time to time they completely removed that function all together which is wild. Maybe if this was a realistic simulator game i could accept that but this game is way to arcade style to be removing features like that. Would highly highly not recommend this edition of MXGP.4 found this helpful
