The game description on Steam says that the player is apparently a man out for revenge, to kill the guy that gave false testimony that sent his brother to prison. When starting the game, the player is presented with a very odd-looking configuration screen, which seems to be a window. After setting the configuration options, there is a play button, then a popup window appears that displays the controls. The player then clicks on 'alright, let’s play', and then the game loads and begins. There isn't any sort of cut scene or anything displayed to give a back story, if the player didn't read the description of the story on Steam, too bad. Obsessive Revenge has hard coded controls that cannot be modified, sorry lefties, its WASD and nearby keys only. There are graphic resolution options, however some of them are strange, like 2715x1527. 2560x1440 is missing, as is 4k resolution. 1920x1080 is present as well as a plethora of low-resolution modes that 95% of players are unlikely to use…

Obsessive Revenge is a CryEngine asset flip (very rare, obviously it's more convenient for scammers and asset flippers to flip assets for Unity and Unreal engine) from Softwaves, who seem to be using multiple accounts, either to mislead gamers or to bypass various limits and rules from Valve on Steam. The game features the traditional Brazilian SoftWaves launcher as one of several easily recognisable fingerprints from these asset flippers. Don't let the nice screenshots fool you, while CryEngine has always looked decent, the substance of a game is just as important. This is a basic story/level driven FPS game loosely ripping off Far Cry/Crysis. If you want to treat this shovelware as a serious game, it's a very badly made ripoff of Crysis, without the cool story, balanced gameplay, non-stock assets etc. Everything here seems to be made from flipped stock Crytek assets. It's unbalanced and unpolished as you die quickly from the untuned enemies, but this is so badly put together it's not even worth trying to advance in the game. the whole bundle of games is so frustrating. Buggy. Hard to format. Many are unplayable after lots of attempts. So frustrating that I am taking the time to write this review on every single game in the bundle.
