Rat of Infinity: Idle Clicker

Not a crazy long experience, but very tedious and repetitive that it loses the thrill. The entire gameplay consists of clicking the rat > buy upgrades > reboot > buy better upgrades > and do that all over again. If this game had more mechanics and variety I would definetly recommend it, but at its current state I cannot do so.

This title features a fast-paced clicking vibe and easy progression. Straight to the point and short, amazing.

Rat of Infinity: Idle Clicker is a very simple idle game that takes the usual clicking and upgrading formula and puts it in a little science lab. I start by clicking a rat to produce vials, then spend those vials on upgrades that make the whole process faster. At first it is basically just me clicking and buying the next upgrade, but after a while I start getting into the bigger progression systems and resetting my lab to make future runs much quicker. It is a very straightforward game, but I think it knows exactly what kind of experience it wants to be. The first layer of progression is quite satisfying because I can see the numbers steadily getting bigger. I buy upgrades to improve how many vials I get and how quickly I can produce them, then eventually reach the point where resetting the lab is actually worthwhile. Lab Rebooting gives me a new currency and lets me build towards stronger future runs, while Quantum Leap adds another layer of permanent upgrades that carries progress across resets. I like this because there is always another improvement to aim for instead of the game simply ending once I have bought the most expensive upgrade. The scientific card system is a nice …

Rat of Infinity: Idle Clicker is an awesome little clicker game! My favorite part is when you get to click the rat.

So ive pretty much completed it, ive seen the dev make a few comments about this game being made with auto clickers in mind, and yes, i 100% agree thats the case. without one you will be in a world of hurt and this will take years. With that being said, it does feel like passive income in this is pretty much useless. But on a positive note, i do like the items you get every few hours raising your potential income.
