Welcome to the lab. Rat of Infinity: Idle Clicker is a casual idle game set in a science laboratory. Simply click the rat to obtain vials, spend vials on upgrades to further boost progression, unlock scientific cards and build your lab into an unstoppable research machine! Features:
- Click to gain vials, a currency used in the upgrade shop to increase progression speed
- Alongside gaining vials, unlock cards for pure collection, until Lab Rebooting (prestige 1.0) becomes available, which then will be sacrificed for a new currency
- Prestige your lab to unlock deeper progression and substantially increase progression speed
- Quantum Leap (prestige 2.0) into an even DEEPER progression layer with even more powerful, persisting cross-run upgrades
- Open Lab Crates every few hours to earn profitable Steam Inventory items that impact your run
- 30+ achievements to discover, with a few secret ones for the truly dedicated!
- Deeper progression in future updates!

I really wanted to like this game and give it a good review. It looks like an indies first game. That said sometimes truth is much better than positivity. I play a lot of idles, this is easily the worst. Simply its just not balanced between each of the progression levels. Progress is unintuitive, very minor and unrewarding. A note to the developer. This game has all the base bits to be an idle, but much more consideration into how each of the layers connect to each other needs to be done. That said the game is free and i would reccomend it to people who like game design and need examples of what not to do when building an idle.3 found this helpful
Not a crazy long experience, but very tedious and repetitive that it loses the thrill. The entire gameplay consists of clicking the rat > buy upgrades > reboot > buy better upgrades > and do that all over again. If this game had more mechanics and variety I would definetly recommend it, but at its current state I cannot do so.
Rat of Infinity: Idle Clicker is an awesome little clicker game! My favorite part is when you get to click the rat.
So ive pretty much completed it, ive seen the dev make a few comments about this game being made with auto clickers in mind, and yes, i 100% agree thats the case. without one you will be in a world of hurt and this will take years. With that being said, it does feel like passive income in this is pretty much useless. But on a positive note, i do like the items you get every few hours raising your potential income.
