Note: Dead PvP game This game contains no meaningful single player content. There are no available servers and no player population. This game cannot be played as intended.
It's easy to see why this cratered so hard... the developer didn't even bother with visuals and slapped the sprites out in about 15 minutes with MS-Paint or something. The graphics are laughably primitive. And the gameplay is no better, a 2D top down arena shooter? That'll get people abandoning Counter-Strike 2. Not. While it's a shame to see developers fail because they're overambitious, when untalented developers aim for the limit of their expertise, it results in garbage like this. Someone wasted $100 dumping this on Steam Direct. So, Ring War is a dead PvP game. Why did it fail? It's video game autopsy time! Almost every PvP exclusive game on Steam fails. Only a tiny proportion of them "go viral". This game failed for many of the same reasons those others fail. The chief of which is the developer thinking that their game will "go viral" without actually creating any reason for it do so. Competition amongst PvP centric games is extreme, and there's only a finite …3 found this helpful

the game needs a lot of work done in terms of optimisation until the game gets an update to fix thi then theres no point in even downloading as it dose not work1 found this helpful
Good Idea, not a good game now. I think this game has potential but at the time of me playing I couldnt find a lobby with people. I would give this game a shot and see if you can find an active lobby as I am reviewing it on launch day. Note for devs: After a while I went to the center of the map and my ui (levels, trinkets, health etc.) started to go haywire (levels went up and down and trinkets and items seemed to be cycling) this was just a visual bug but the only way I could find to fix it is to close the game. I dont think I can write a full review until I have the full experience but I am hopeful!1 found this helpful
I tried playing the game because it was recommend to me but upon loading up the game for the first time I noticed that I could not see the entire game. Parts of the game UI were cut off leading me to be unable to fully play the game. I don't know if this is the devs fault if its steams fault but regardless I think that any new player would instantly be turned off from playing this game if they saw that the game wasn't properly being displayed on their screen. The the dev who made this you should be ashamed of yourself for publishing a game in a broken state like this, while also allowing for micro transactions in your shop. Shame on you.
Before I played Ring War, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
