About Rogue Quest: The Vault of the Lost Tyrant
Cassandra Nech is one of the members in the renowned Rogue's Guild, which gathers adventurers and treasure hunters - the most skilled, the bravest, the most resourceful ever. Armed with her trusty crossbow, Antoinette, Cassandra is trying to recover the legendary Sea Tyrant's treasure, who was a long-time forgotten warlord; an easy task, to one like her.
Still, things could be not that easy: it looks like someone else is looking for that treasure. Moreover, something dangerous could be hiding in those ancient caves. Something dark and... terrible!

A boring setup, which draws far too heavily from other games, backed up by some boring puzzles turned me off this very early. It just feels bad and lacking, as if the devs felt that the mechanical motions of these games enough are to keep you invested alone. P&CAG devs like these really need to start studying The Secret of Monkey Island. There you land on a wondrous island, are laced with good humour constantly, and are given room to explore and solve various puzzles. Here you're given a confined space with linear puzzles, really poor attempts at humour, and the complete opposite of a good hook. Not for me.2 found this helpful
This is one of those rare times where I was actually glad the game did not have trading cards. 5 dollars full price is WAY to much. I feel like I just played a demo. It was like a concept for a game more than a game to me. Just enough to sell a product, like I bought an add. I am just glad it had simple achievements and I got it for $0.49 cents at 90 percent off at the time of the steam christmas sale. If this was trying to pull me in, all it succeeded in doing was very lightly tapping me on the shoulder.1 found this helpful
It took me 53 minutes to 100% the game without looking at any guides. Nice classic point and click. The slow walking and the inability to pan the camera around would be annoying if the game wasn't so short, with only 6 different rooms. 53 minutes of playime may be too little even for 5 euros, but I got it for 1,99 on sale and I'm fairly satisfied. I enjoyed this game, it was fund and short. If you like point and click puzzle games you'll probably have fun. But you will only get about an hour of play. So while I think it is fun, I just don't think its worth the price. If its on sale, and you're willing to spend that price for an hour of fun, go ahead. But five bucks is a bit much, when it is shorter than most movies.
More of a student project than a game.
Tiny Point n' Click adventure with a full-featured interface, a throwback to the classics in tone and gameplay. Perfect example of engaging story and good writing that make you forgive the repellent pissel art. Easily recommended. The only question is how much you are ready to pay (there are, after all, better, longer titles available for free here.)
