💗 This game was gifted to Indie Therapy for review. Royal Card Clash is such a refreshing and addictive indie game! It takes the simplicity of classic card games like Solitaire and adds a really clever twist. Using number cards as "attacks" to defeat royal cards feels so satisfying, especially when you start planning your moves strategically. It’s super easy to learn, but don’t be fooled—it takes some serious thinking to master, and that’s what keeps me hooked. The relaxing soundtrack is a nice touch, and I love that the game tracks your performance stats—it’s fun to see how you improve over time. Plus, unlocking harder difficulty levels gives you a real sense of progress and challenge. If you’re into card games or just want something low-key but engaging, Royal Card Clash is absolutely worth a try. It’s one of those games that’s perfect for short sessions but hard to put down once you start!

Short, sweet fun to scratch that solitaire itch. Doesn't reinvent the wheel, but does it just different enough to have a good time. My only suggestion is once you reach the highest difficulty, it should unlock a table of all the cards you've been through. Otherwise, have a notepad handy.

I don't get it, why would you go 80% of the way of making a game, create nice art, animations, sound and engine for it, and then... just stop and release after the initial idea? This could have been better than Balatro if the game was actually built and expanded upon (*cough* copy the Jokers *cough*), and instead you get bored after 30 minutes because you've literally played through the entire "mechanic" and just go through the motion each turn.

A neat card game that lasted me about an hour of play time to get all the achievements. Fun but not something i'd go back to replay again. 6/10 For more short reviews check out this: https://steamcommunity.com/groups/Gaming_made_cheap

You can experience the full depth of this and get 100% achievements in under 30 minutes. With how powerful the Aces are it's hard to lose even on the highest difficulty, unless you get extremely unlucky. It just feels a bit hollow to beat the entire game without losing at least a couple of times, you can autopilot most of the "strategy".
