About Running Fable
Each round consists of two phases:
Real time item placement
Strategically set items and traps all over the map. The other players won’t be able to see your placements until the race starts!Race to the trophy
Run, jump, Dodge, fly, and hare your way up to the trophy!
Each item placement can drastically change the racetrack, choose between land, water, or air traps.
You can even trick your rivals by hiding your traps beneath a bush… the possibilities are endless!
Trophy Points + Trap Points = Round Score
Build up your total score by reaching the goal as fast as possible, or by placing your traps cunningly. A mix of both is the key to shellebrate victoriously!Customizable characters
Each player can dress up their characters with a great variety of hats, outfits, and taunt animations, even between each round within the online lobby!What Steam players say

Running Fable is a fun little racing game with minor bugs! Such bugs include mouse going out of full screen mode and cause havoc over toolbar, and no wrong way warning when racing. This game is cute as heck. I think that given some proper advertising, it could do quite well. Pros: It's cute The ability to place and hide traps and boosts at the start of the match is cool A lot of customizable options Cons: It felt kinda laggy online It feels a bit like a mobile game They don't explain the mechanics super well at the start. This is a cute game about animals racing!
This game is adorable and a ton fun! Really cute graphics and super smooth motion, even though I'm not super good at it yet. Looking forward to posting some high scores. Best of all it works perfectly on my Mac Studio so I can play when I have a little bit of free time from work.
A game best played with friends or online. quick and fun for 30 min at a time.
