Deceptively simple game mechanics. I wish each "campaign" was longer to accumulate more upgrades. Very good value for the money!1 found this helpful
Very forgiving (one reset per wave), with the full gamut of towers (turrets, firearms, satellites, shields, no towers + hidden power) being valid strategies, with some stronger or easier to play than others (hidden power is overwhelmingly powerful, satellites are very easy to play passively, lightning is generally nice for both direct damage and area of effect). Elemental attacks tend to be stronger at the expense of adding a lot of less-useful upgrades into the pool. A non-elemental build can get far more Quick Reload, which is the upgrade you want the most. Satellites really want Sparkle Missile, which can take a while to show up. After you have it, your Laser Satellite can be firing the laser constantly (as Satellite Critical Hit makes it huge, and Impact Engine makes it damaging). Achievements encourage a variety of builds, although most of them involve going deep into endless and waiting for the number of enemies to increase and slowly accumulating stats across waves. Empty Ring is easiest with Hidden Power. I did Instant Kill with Hidden Power as well. Super Engineering is good for Giant Turtle and serves you well in Endless in general. Fun arenashooter roguelike. There are a lot of different weapons, perks and ways to scale your build. My favourite build is definitely the satellites. The visuals and animations are really nice too, I like the arcade space setting. The English translation is a bit wonky in places tho
