Players have mixed feelings about this racing game. While some praise its controller support and appreciate certain aspects like realistic physics mechanics, many criticize the overall physics system as poorly implemented and arcade-like in an unsatisfying way. Common complaints focus on the game feeling rushed and cash-grabby, with suggestions that players interested in quality racing games should look elsewhere.
Developed by Team6 Game Studios and published by GameMill Entertainment, Street Outlaws: The List takes inspiration from Discovery Channel's hit television series and translates its street racing culture into a progression-focused racing experience. Rather than pursuing realism or the expansive open worlds seen in larger franchises, the game concentrates on one goal: earning a place at the top of the underground racing hierarchy. Players begin as newcomers with modest vehicles and ambitions, slowly building a reputation by defeating opponents and climbing through the ranks of "The List," the legendary leaderboard that defines success within the game's world. The game's career mode is built around a satisfying sense of advancement. Every victory contributes to a larger journey, unlocking tougher challengers and providing the money needed to improve performance. Not sure why another reviewer said you can only use a keyboard. Xbox One controller works just fine for me. Haven't tested any wheels.

I am a fan of all sorts of racing/car games specifically drag racing but this is just not it for me. It feels like it was not very well put together and someone was just trying to throw out a game to try and make some quick cash. I recommend against buying. Will be continuing to play to complete 100% achievements but I think my review will stand.
