Super Inefficient Golf takes one of the calmest sports imaginable and turns it into an exercise in controlled destruction. Instead of swinging a club, the player attaches explosive mines to a golf ball and uses the resulting blasts to propel it toward the hole. Developed and published by 34BigThings srl, this unusual combination of golf, physics, and puzzle-solving is built around a simple concept that becomes surprisingly demanding once accurate shots and competitive scores enter the equation. Each hole begins with a preparation phase where mines can be positioned around the ball. Placement determines the direction in which the ball will travel when a charge is detonated, so success requires more thought than simply covering it with explosives. After launching the ball, individual mines can be triggered at different moments to influence its movement. This game could be amazing, it just isn't. It doesn't even work on my PC. The game crashes before I can launch a ball. It runs on my Steam Deck with the following bugs: Sometimes the loading screen just loads forever. Sometimes when balls are about to stop, they shoot into the sky for no reason. Many times it starts your shot with the view upside-down. There are lots of other bugs that happens less frequently. Design annoyances The ball takes WAY to long to stop rolling. It feels like half the game is watching your ball roll the last 1% of your shot. If the ball is next to something, which is constantly, it's impossible to see what you are shooting at. The is no way to zoom to the hole. There are a lot of times that you just have to guess where the hole is, especially on the later holes.

Super fun adventure for someone who's not a fan of golfing.

Everyone must play this game. It's amazing. I can't recommend this enough. I takes a visionary to greenlight a game with timed bombs and minigolf

this game is way underrated. surprised how fun it is and how it's managed to fly under the radar. it really needs a free-look though.
