About The Dark Stares Back
The Dark Stares Back is an Indie horror strategy game where you must carefully plan your movement in a house with no power or escape against multiple home invaders with no purpose but to hunt you. Each of them behaves in their own unique way, from being in the room you were in last, to waiting for you to open doors to ambush you, and more. You must learn from your experience to evade them long enough to survive until 7 AM to win. It's all about learning, strategy, and execution.
You can run into the dark vents, hide in the empty cabinets, duck behind furniture and more to survive. However, there are many mistakes you can make as well. You must learn them and learn FROM them in order to win. Anything you do can get you killed, especially hesitation. Oh, and you might wanna watch where you step!

This man's cabinets are as empty as my soul. Its a game about navigating throughout your house while dodging 7 murderous bird cultists for a certain amount of time. Basic but I found it fun, even though I'm a baby when it comes to horror games. The hunter was my bane the entire time I played as I kept retracing my steps and died several times. I don't know if this was intentional or not, but you can't pause mid game as far as I know; would really like one! Other than that I enjoyed my time with this game and I look forward to any future games this developer has in store! Also I may have a phobia for crawling through vents now. 10/1011 found this helpful
