About The Death Deliriant

The Death Deliriant

A deadly cosmic biological substance that arrived with a meteorite.

The Death Deliriant is a first-person survival horror game that blends cosmic horror with realistic mechanics. You find yourself trapped in a hallucination caused by inhaling the Death Deliriant substance, which originated in outer space and was carried by a meteorite, causing the player to experience extremely vivid hallucinations or nightmares—even injuries sustained in the dream manifest in the real world. You must escape this nightmare by repairing your car and finally getting out of there, but it won’t be easy—you’ll be terrorized by entities that are manifestations of the Death Deliriant substance, and the odds are stacked against you.

Find the items, then use it just like in real life

Realistic item interaction (repairing, wiring, fueling), you can't complete the task with just one simple click

Find the tools you need to repair your car—screwdrivers, grinders, and more. Use them just as you would in real life, no simple mouse clicks here, you’ll be turning, cutting, and assembling with your own hands, But remember, you won’t be doing all this easily, you’ll be working under the terror of that evil creature, and the odds are stacked against you. Stay alert, or that creature will catch you off guard.

Manifestations of “The Death Deliriant”

If you think he’s going to surprise you, you’d better trust your instincts, because your worst fears will come true here.

As you search for tools and repair your car, a terrifying entity stalks you—the manifestation of the Death Deliriant you inhaled. In this nightmare, it bends the rules of reality, it can track you anywhere, strike at any moment, and sabotage your repairs. Feeding on your fear, it will never stop until you break free—or die trying. If your instincts tell you he’s heading your way, you should trust them, if your instincts tell you he’s getting ready to surprise you, you should trust them, and if you think you’ve escaped him but you still feel like he’s chasing you, then you should trust your instincts again.
