Winning the 8th Golden Manga Award in Taiwan, Visual novel "THE MONSTER OF MEMORY:DESTINY" has been adapted from the manga of the same name!

Haru
The elder brother of the protagonist, Sumi.
His talent for soccer can be considered genius-level. After his father died, he was very demanding of himself and cared greatly for his brother. Trying to be independent, he tries his best not to worry his family.
Sumi
The protagonist.
He greatly admires his brother, Haru. For catching Haru’s notice, he practices soccer very hard. Usually quite easygoing, he loses all control when he hears someone speaking something bad of Haru.
Nao
Sumi's teammate in the Soccer Club.
For some reasons, he considers Sumi as his rival. He is always outspoken and brings troubles upon Sumi no matter the situation.
Natsu
Sumi's classmate.
Very close to Sumi. Having a gentle personality, he often gives Sumi good ideas and is also a teammate in the Soccer Club.
Mom
Sumi and Haru's mother.
Since the death of her husband, she has taken the responsibility of the family's finance alone. With tough working hours, she is often not at home but still takes care of the brothers well.
Miru
Haru's ex-girlfriend.
She gives the image of a gentle and good girl, liking to observe the players through scientific data.
Researcher
A researcher, giving off a mature and trustworthy image, is in charge of the RE614 project. As such, is responsible for answering questions related to RE614.
Izumi
A junior of Haru.
Soccer is the only thing in his brain. Extremely straightforward, he is easily influenced by others.

the 'game' itself is quite short and while the story seemed interesting at the beginning it just seemed unrealistic and tiresome after a while. the art's nice though. wish you could see more of the side characters3 found this helpful
It has been an arduous jaunt, but despite the many onslaughts on the very laws of English, I brawled myself to the end of this game. Due to its Chinese origin, occasional grammar mistakes would have been acceptable; gibberish, however, is an inexcusable affront. Grammar and syntax aside, the author switches regularly between first- and third-person narrative, and so the text is indecipherable. Concerning the story and its characters, both are best described as naïve, if not feeble-minded. Overall, it gave me the impression some unfortunate, unhappy person published their intimate fantasies they can never realise. … Or perhaps it is a low-effort attempt at producing a love tale which capitalises on lovelorn teenagers. Either way, the result is ghastly.2 found this helpful
the emotional story content of this game way surpasses my expectation of it all; and i almost regretted that i did not know of this game's existence for the past few years to be completely honest! i particularly love the descriptions of the topics discussed between the characters of this game and i was deeply intrigued by the impact that the story brought to me many hours after i completed all of the endings.... this game REALLY made me feel it in my bones!! (no pun intended here LOL) all in all, this taiwanese visual novel is something that nobody should be overlooking any further!!! give this game a try and you will understand how much of a hidden gem this game truly is~!1 found this helpful
Quite unrealistic story for sure, but that's not my main complaint. Walkthrough takes approximately only 7 hours max (I got all 4 endings and read bonus 'memory' stuff). The story itself is just okay-ish. I've experienced my fair share of interesting and captivating VN, and this one is, well, just not it. I can't say it's bad by any means. But I was expecting more. More depth, more character study, I don't know, just MORE. Although the visuals are very very appealing, liked music too. So, can I recommend this game? Despite its more or less lackluster short story I probably can. If you are not into 'the ultimate in brotherly love' stuff, you can read about soccer at least.1 found this helpful
i liked the landscapes in this game so much the artstyle was cute, the chracter design was okay nothing too bad and nothing too good but the story was suprisingly short for me so it`s 7.50/10 in my opinion :3
