At this stage no legal action has been taken by Nintendo against the "developer" here, but it's never off the table, as previous copyright law cases have shown. Assets were stolen from various sources, you can see the "Mario" character appearing in mobile apps like "Super Jungle Adventure" and so on... there's nothing original here that's the creation of the developer and it's likely this game will be removed when Nintendo gets word of the copyright infringement. The World of Marius is an amazing game! The graphics, music and gameplay are on top. An interesting plot, a lot of characters and quests. I recommend it to all fans of fantasy and adventure!
