Three Alpha One Nine

Fantastic game with a simple premise executed flawlessly. Unfortunately, i do not have the skillset or patience required for 3d platformers. Nevertheless, i must give credit where credit is due. It’s genuinely disappointing to see this game has almost no reviews nearly two years after release—especially when so much repetitive, low-effort garbage (looking at you, “Backrooms” games) gets flooded with attention from the masses. It’s clear the developer poured an enormous amount of blood, sweat, tears, and talent into this project. The game feels so thoughtfully crafted that it’s hard to imagine it being done any better. I only wish there were more accessibility and difficulty options so casual players like myself could also experience this masterpiece. For example: -Saving stats from unfinished runs to track progress over time, -An “easy” mode that uses the same levels but requires fewer energy cells to collect, -the option to complete a level at 75% completion for a reduced score -reMarket & reRelease just food for thought - what do i know - you're the dev!

This game is for those who love seeking a challenge and conquering it. Your wits will be tested and perfectionism will come forth. I keep finding myself wanting to just get seconds faster parts of levels I have not even been able to beat. Luckily, the music is masterfully crafted and seemingly themed for each level (bonus points to the dev for having it on streaming services) putting players in a trance like state as they push 3A19 to its limits of speed and durability. Not only is completing a level for the first time an extremely gratifying experience, but to go back and beat your own best score is also a treat. I would love to see a community of players sharing routes and strategies to get faster times, as I often find myself trying to find the fastest way to do a level rather than playing safe to complete it. Across the board, this game is an exceptional experience for those who want a crisp, fast paced, fluid 3-d platformer.
