About Tiny Football
Tiny Football is a throwback to classic top-down football games of the 80’s and 90's. The simple, one button kick control is still able to provide a rich football experience with accurate passing, shooting, tackles, crosses, throw ins, overhead kicks, free kicks and more. Compete with 200 national and club teams with home and away kits, full squads, custom cups, and league + knockout style tournaments.
Rich gameplay is achieved by sharing user control with AI assistance to produce realistic passing and shooting based on the skill of individual squad members. This margin of error, even at an elite level, will mean not every pass and shot pays off. There is always that element of luck, skill and opportunity being on your side when a goal comes together.
Each squad member has their own skill levels and player positions can be pre-allocated before a match and substituted when match fitness drops, or injuries occur. Sent off players and player suspensions will challenge gamers to shuffle team selection adding a light managerial feel to matches.
The drama on the field also includes, crunching tackles, goal celebrations, player protests, extra time, and penalties along with replays of some of the more dramatic events.
Play Quick matches, penalty shootouts, Tournaments or stick it out for a full season.
All modes of play come with the opportunity to play with friends.

Tiny football is basically Pro evolution soccer but on 2d pixel, it is fun, brilliant, you can create your own season, League cup tournament, it is so good, i give it a 10103 found this helpful
This game has the foundations of a brilliant gem, but unfortunately falls short just yet. Hopefully, with future updates it will reach it's goal (pun intended)! the game does offer cute graphics and excellent animations of the pixellated minions, such as players waving their hands when getting upset, and the amazing goal score celebrations, etc. Also lovely that women's team are fully represented! I also appreciate how easy it is to edit and create teams, and love the concept of a one button control. However, gameplay is where it kind of falls apart. Perhaps due to that one button control, I do not know. But I have zero control over anything. A single button to play a pass. But sometimes players pass long, sometimes just a few pixels. Sometimes the pass registers about half a second late, sometimes it does not register at all. Switching players happens randomly, without much player control. Players also seem to be floaty, as if running on ice, so precise movement is out the window. There are some bugs too, like when running diagonally upwards to the left, the button repeatedly does nothing at all. And often a silly defender or attacker randomly stands just in front of the go…2 found this helpful
Was really hoping for this to have the spirit of the original SWOS which has unlimited replayability although a bit old now... they have the look but the gameplay is awful.1 found this helpful
This is one of the best arcade football games I have played, perfect on the Steam Deck - just wish it supported more than 2 local players.
Great little arcade footie game. Love playing short bursts where I can reel off a string of matches in cup or career mode. It's got potential for much more and it's still being updated. Recommended.
Cool little soccer game for $10. Steam workshop support is cool and the game is fun but definitely flawed. If a few more features were added and some stuff was fixed, it'd be way better. For what it is, good though.
