About Tire Fire Rally

Features:
  • Functional Driving Mechanics: Mechanics put together by someone who has at least read about cars, and knows they are large and go fast.
  • Insane Tracks: From loop-de-loops to dodging tipped RVs, every course is a test of how well you can handle your ride and anticipate the insane race organizer.
  • Rogue NPC Competitors: Your rivals race as if they're all trying to make it home from the bar before their wives wake up. Cars will be dented, walls will be scraped, there's a respawn mechanic for a reason.
  • A Series of Ridiculous Cars: Collect a motley series of vehicles to race with, ranging from "Cars I wanted as a middle-schooler" to "The worst possible racer I can conceive of."
So buckle up (seriously, safety first) and get ready to race like you’ve never raced before.

This game is janky and weird and doesn't concern itself with things like being "fair" or "comprehensible" but it's a good bit of dumb fun and it cost less than the electricity I used to run it.

Physics are awful, races are boring, and there's no way to pause or exit mid race.

Tire Fire Rally is a wonderfully chaotic arcade racing game that feels like it was built by someone who genuinely misses the era when racing games prioritized absurdity, speed, destruction, and pure fun over realism or competitive precision. Developed and published by Andrew Connelly, the game embraces the spirit of late-1990s and early-2000s arcade racers with complete confidence, delivering a loud, reckless, and intentionally ridiculous experience where every race feels seconds away from becoming a catastrophic pileup. Instead of trying to imitate realistic simulators or modern open-world racers packed with endless progression systems, Tire Fire Rally focuses entirely on exaggerated track design, unstable vehicle handling, dangerous environmental hazards, and nonstop arcade energy. The result is a low-budget indie racer overflowing with personality and charm, even if its limited content and rough mechanical edges occasionally prevent it from fully reaching the greatness of the classics that inspired it. From the very beginning, Tire Fire Rally establishes itself as a game completely unconcerned with realism. The tracks are absurdly dangerous, the vehicles feel barely roadworthy,…

good, challenging, arcadey-feel in this racing game and a lot of unexpected moments with mid-track changes.

Fun for a quick jaunt for about a dollar. Hoping for multiplayer and more cars/courses in the future.
