Victory of Seeker is one of the strangest multiplayer strategy games I have played because it takes the idea of a MOBA and replaces the usual goal with economic warfare. Instead of destroying a traditional base and simply trying to outfight the other team, I am trying to build wealth while sabotaging the enemy economy. I liked how unusual that premise feels because it completely changes what I am thinking about during a match. The main gameplay revolves around building structures that generate money, collecting those profits and using them to improve my character. I can also earn money through combat, so fighting and economics are constantly connected. I enjoyed having to think about both sides of the game at once because it gives me a reason to decide whether I should stay safe and generate income or go looking for a risky fight. The Tarot card system adds another layer to the strategy. I can build a deck of special abilities and combine those skills with my character's existing powers.
