It could use some work and extensive playtesting to sort out some control issues. For example, there is a one-second input lag to jump inputs, there is no hover to jumps, the jump velocity is constant and there is a window after jumping that prevents you from jumping again. Jumping is the primary defense against certain enemies, so it not being solid makes things not optimally fun. It is an Unreal Engine 2D extermination sidescroller (you usually have to kill everything on the level to progress). It lagged until I applied the Engine ini tweaks. The game features no resolution or detail settings. Most of the game is about killing everything or to run the clock to progress. It took me 2.5 hours to complete. It was somewhat text-heavy and repetitive as an experience. It is in a bit raw shape right now. I assume the developer will put in some time to sort out things such as the controls issues. Oh and some of the bosses had a way too much health. The satellite book took like a thousand shots. It is strange how enemies do more damage to one other than you do to them. This game is genuinely intriguing—and what’s even more impressive is that it was created by a single developer! The mechanics could use a bit of refinement, and I’ll admit, getting used to the keyboard layout was a challenge at first. It’s not quite my style (maybe I’m just old-school, haha), but once you get the hang of it, the experience is solid and the music is good. If you're into sci-fi and aliens, this is a game you'll enjoy. I haven’t finished it yet due to a busy schedule, but man—the artwork is truly something to admire. And that’s coming from someone who’s not usually into pixel art. I wholeheartedly recommend giving this game a try. The creator genuinely has talent—and I’m not just saying that because he’s my baby brother. In fact, I’m one of his toughest critics! But seriously, give this game a shot. Me encanta el arte y la música. Creen una 'vibe' que anade a la inmersión. La historia además tiene mucho interes. Sin embargo, me frustra el combate. Lo he encontrado difícil disparar y saltar durante los enfrentamientos. Ambas funciónes tienen un tiempo muerte entre cuando pulso el botón y cuando mi personaje salta. Pienso que el tiempo en el aire cuandos saltes debería ser más largo para que sea más facíl evitar las proyectiles enemigas y pienso que el combate necesita varios cambios porque no me divierta morir tantas veces por falta de control en vez de por falta de habilidades.
