Before you buy one
Match the card to your account's country. Nintendo eShop credit is tied to the store region of the account that redeems it. Cards sold for another country are often cheaper for exactly that reason, and a US account cannot use them. We only list cards that name the United States or no country at all.
Check the price at checkout. The prices here are before any payment-method fee a reseller adds, so on a small card a fee can erase the saving. The bigger the denomination, the more a few percent is worth.

Nintendo eShop gift cards — questions & answers
Can you buy a Nintendo eShop gift card below face value?
Yes. Of the 23 US-redeemable Nintendo eShop cards we could price on 2026-09-25, 14 cost less than the credit they load. The best we found was $50 of credit for $45.04, 9.9% below face.
Why are some Nintendo eShop gift cards so much cheaper?
Often because they are for another country's store. A card sold for a different market is priced off that market and cannot be redeemed on a US account. Every card on this page is filtered to ones that name the United States or no country at all.
Is a Nintendo eShop gift card better value than a Steam gift card?
Measured against face value, yes. Steam wallet codes cost a median 12.5% above the credit they load; Nintendo eShop cards cost a median −1.4%, and at every common denomination the cheapest listing is below face.
Method
Every Nintendo eShop listing in our US catalogue on 2026-09-25, priced in US dollars. Face value is parsed from the denomination in the listing title; a card counts only when it names the United States or no market at all. Listings priced more than 30% below their stated face value are dropped as mislabelled products rather than counted as deals. That leaves 23 cards with a comparable face value.
