Sneaky Fishy

A game that lives up to the name of itself and the studio behind it. Silly but fun, this game is a short but entertaining way to pass the time. The art style is simple in the best way possible and compliments the music. I hope to see more from this studio.

10/10 i love the part where there are two coins locked being floating platforms that disappear forever even on reset which never appear ever again in the game

Although this game may be simple and short, I had lots of fun traversing through each level and experiencing what the game had to offer. For their first game, I feel that The Sillies did a beautiful job. I love the overall aesthetic of the game, very cute and kid friendly. With this presentation of the game as well as the overall themes, I feel that you could introduce a very simple idea of capitalism and how it affects nature to children of young age. In terms of gameplay, the game holds my attention with it's slightly challenging parkour (challenging because I lowkey suck at games). I think where I had the most fun in the game was the swimming sections. They come more later in the chapters and I wish that there were other opportunities to swim. I feel that was intentional because as a fish, we are not in our natural habitat. With the oil taking over, what water is there to swim in? This leads me to the themes of the game. As I mentioned earlier, capitalism is a major theme that guides the direction of the game. The trailer and intro play the same video, one where the villain of the game says that many products that we buy/consume are available to us because of oil. The villa…

Very silly and fun. Loved the movement and puzzles!

Amazing first game from this young dev team! It's short and sweet, but you can play more if you're a speed runner or achievement hunter. The comedy is great. Love the little touches like the squeak when you die or the music changing when you're swimming. Honestly all the music in this is really solid, and there were some songs that remind me of Amazing Digital Circus. Art style is also super cute, similar to Pikuniku.
