As i played 4 hours i can write review. This is a game about not taking anything seriously. Cartoony, loose, physics constantly doing something dumb to your hero. I built a guy whose entire personality was a giant club with nails hammered through it, and just went swinging. It's the kind of game you play with your brain switched off after a long day. Fair warning: it does not hold your hand. I burned through every life I had before I really understood what I was doing, and had to start over with a fresh hero. The early game could stand to be more forgiving — a few more lives while you're still figuring things out would go a long way. Come for the chaos, not for the tutorial.

I had a really positive first impression of this game, and it turned out to be even more fun than I expected. The combat is chaotic, the physics can get completely ridiculous, and sometimes your perfectly planned move turns into a total disaster. But that's also what makes it fun. There are a lot of powers and items to mess around with, and I really like experimenting with different builds. You can try to make a serious, powerful superhero... or just create the dumbest character imaginable and somehow still win. But the thing I enjoyed the most was playing in co-op. The game is fun solo, but with another person it becomes way more entertaining. Half the time we were actually trying to work together, and the other half we were accidentally ruining each other's plans because of the physics. Those moments were honestly some of the most fun I've had in the game. It's definitely not a perfect game, and the physics can be a little too crazy sometimes, but overall I had a lot of fun with it. If you like superhero games, weird builds, destruction and especially chaotic co-op, I'd say give it a try. Definitely more fun than I expected, especially with friends.

I somehow time-traveled and closed this out after over 3 hours straight of playing. Very addictive. Customization is just enough to be enjoyable and the abilities and weapons are great for the most part. My only complaint would be throwing enemies off the edge maybe needs to be pitched upward just a tad more so you're not constantly throwing them against barriers.
