About Archimedes: Eureka!
The great researcher Archimedes had been living in Syracuse when one of his experiments destroyed the entire city.
He was tasked to recover the land. Ancient Greece. The city of Syracuse.
The great researcher Archimedes starts a field test of his new invention, which is a winch powered by wind. Hercules competes with the mechanism, and loses!
All of a sudden, a gush of wind breaks the device which, in turn, destroying the whole city.
It’s now Archimedes task to recover the land. He succeeds, but who says he has no more inventions?

It is a time management game I really wanted to like but it is just so damn frustrating. The difficulty seems so brutal to the point it feels like if you don't do everything absolutely perfect you wont get 3 stars. And a lot of the times your clicks just don't register properly and you can't queue actions to take. There is a 100 levels in total to play. It works without any issues on Linux with Proton (6.3-4). There is something weird going on with the store page tho (constantly removed and readded).7 found this helpful
Archimedes: Eureka! is an extremely frustrating time management game! This game lacks the charm of Hercules, which is so much better! It's not fun, it's tedious and you can't string your actions. The different game mechanics, paying for your wood and food would be great if the rest of the game jived together well, but it just doesn't. NOT recommended3 found this helpful
I was very excited about this game since I really like the "12 labours of Hercules" and "Alice Quatermain" series, but this is not like those, really different dynamics and I'm not liking it (so far). I still wanna get all the achievements, but it seems harder (only 1 difficulty lvl) and much less fun.3 found this helpful
