This is a loose multiplayer ripoff of the original top down GTA games, It's multiplayer only, there's no players, and trying to host a game fails as the game server doesn't launch. Because the game is unplayable, I cannot recommend it. This should have been removed from Steam, but the greedy devs keep charging $10 for a broken game.2 found this helpful

Multi-player only game with nobody, and I mean NOBODY, playing it. Should be free, or you should at least get to join hosted games for free. Otherwise it's a dead game. May be fun if you have a few friends who have it, but if you convince them to use their hard earned money to buy this they may not be your friends for much longer.
