I hate this game. This level of platforming makes my hands physically hurt but I pushed through. Not sure if its just me problem or the game but sometimes it feels very inaccurate, specifically on the wall jumping. You either launch yourself into stratosphere or make a normal jump, I've died or failed S rank countless times because of it and it made the game so much more frustrating. Music is nice and the monster design is actually cool but if you are not a platformer fan I would avoid this. 5/10. Fantastic artistic super speedy precision platformer with a dash, walljumps, and, for a portion, double jumps. Recommended for anyone who can handle speedy hard games.1 found this helpful
Could be a fun game, but falls short in too many aspects, the most important being that it's way too fast given the low clarity and the lack of niceties like coyote jumping and input buffering. Add to that the grating soundtrack and missing QoL features (e.g. no target time shown anywhere), and I sadly cannot recommend it.
This is a basic "twitch-former" which is extremely touchy on the controls. Monsters do come through too, like others say, which was a neat twist. However, I personally found it to be too frustrating to be fun, and the mechanics overall are on a timer that's set WAY too fast for my taste. This has been compared to Super Meat Boy, and that's somewhat fair, but this title has a lot less personality and needed a lot more tuning on the controls, some difficulty options, and a way to remap controls. It's really rough, so unless you simply adore horribly rough unfair platformers, I cannot recommend it.
Absolutely amazing hidden gem of a game. My friend and I raced through it together and we loved it! I don't know how else to describe it beyond a "Psychological Horror Precision Platformer". Loved racing to merely beat the light and dark worlds, and then seeing who can do the S ranks first. (we were super close!)
