Tibetan Quest: Beyond the World's End

A pretty much OK Artifex Mundi hidden objects game.

I had a surprisingly enjoyable time with Tibetan Quest: Beyond the World's End. The game has a nice adventure feel to it, and I liked moving between the different locations and figuring out what I was supposed to do next. The hidden-object sections are fun without being too frustrating, and the puzzles are generally easy enough that I could keep the story moving without constantly needing hints. The story isn't something I'll remember forever, but it works well for this type of game. Overall, it's a relaxing experience that I would recommend to anyone who enjoys casual point-and-click and hidden-object adventures. Enjoy :)

Eine ganz nette Story, hauptsächlich echtes Wimmelbildsuchen und nur ein paar wenige nervige Rätsel. Die Synchro und Art ist allerdings ziemlich mies :D

I think this game is fine, but I can see why the reviews of it are mixed at the time of this writing. The game is mostly your standard hidden object puzzle game; there are the hidden object scenes alongside more traditional puzzles like completing a picture of sliding pins to match their colors to the positions. Some of the hidden object puzzles have multi-part items to them, which can also be interesting to figure out. The game does have collectibles, it's the type where you have a specific object to collect a set of throughout each section and it changes as each time you reach a new section. The story is pretty standard, you have to progress to rescue someone from an evil antagonist, and there are only a few other NPCs to find along the way. Music, art style, is all on part, but nothing amazing. I did find the animated cutscenes to be very nice looking though. I didn't have any technical issues with the game, although I did encounter one weird benign bug where at the end of the game I kept receiving copies of the final story item over and over again.
