[h1] A bit of puzzle a bit of shmuzzle. Roll character in diagonal directions, use ramps to jump above obstacles, push boxes and smack enemies. Game have some originality. Overall not bad if you like puzzles with quirky characters. 6/10. [/h1]

Sliding puzzle game with open world, simple combat and a lot of nuts (and nut puns) to collect. I am actually surprised by how good this mobile port is, it is playable with gamepad very well!

It’s incredibly cute, but also fun for what it is. Originally a mobile game, it’s been ported successfully, sans bugs, for PC/Mac. I've been playing on a mac. You are a little squirrel named Red. The mad king has stolen all of your winter nut store and your poor old father (Sweet Old Pa). Since it’s a puzzle game, (depite looking closer to Zelda or Cat Quest) it is played entirely with the arrow keys and spacebar. No need for a controller with this one. Every room/section you enter is a puzzle. The goal of the game is to get your father back, and your nuts. Some pretty funny nut-related innuendo in there at random times, and whether it’s intentional or not, one can only guess. :P If playing with young kids, they wouldn't pick up on that, so it's fine. 

It’s not the most difficult game. The puzzles are still challenging enough to keep you entertained for a little while. Played it completely guide free, so didn’t come across anything that didn’t require simple logic to get past. Nice one to play if you’re just looking for something casual.

 Weirdly, there is an “ending” 3/4 of the way through the game and you get the game completion achievement. It’s not actually done at that poi…

I liked this game but that does't mean I will ignore some major issues, This is a mobile port and a lazy one, well we have a bunch of them on Steam so this is not a big surprise. Zero PC options in this one and this game could benefit from adding some accessibility options I tell ya. They didn't even remove the -touch the screen- prompt when you die. I played many games like this one, you can move in 4 directions until you hit the barrier (some of them were mobile ports BTW) ,this one is the first I played that uses this camera and in my opinion this perspective is not soothed for these type of games. The second thing is that the game has very low contrast in most areas, for example the shades of green and brown are so similar....uf, I write about this all the time, developers should look at a color value scale before making a game, this is all sorts of wrong in that regard. If you are visually impaired I would stay away from this one. So I liked this game thing I wrote at the beginning.... doesn't look like it ?
