On se retrouve face à une grille sur laquelle il va falloir faire évoluer les plantes qui s'y trouve en les associant afin de leur faire gagner des niveaux. Ce faisant on va gagner des points et des gemmes qui vont nous permettre de débloquer de nouvelles capacités au fil du temps. A chaque nouvelle étape on va découvrir un petit peu plus le background du jeu et le fil de cette histoire au travers des lettres dispersées. Les gemmes nous permettent de compléter des puzzles lorsqu'on a le nombre requis. On gagne ainsi de nouveaux pouvoirs afin d'aller de plus en plus loin. Au final le jeu est réussi et propose un bon challenge. Il faudra bien calculer ses coups afin d'optimiser chaque mouvement pour gagner le maximum de gemmes. On joue toujours sur la même grille du coup un sentiment de répétitivité vient à s'installer au fil des parties. It's a puzzle game with puzzle mechanics, but without actual puzzles. As in, there is a set of basic gameplay mechanics that let you move and combine tiles, but there are no actual curated interesting puzzle situations, it is all just random chance shapes you have to match. Yes, there is a strategy in managing your empty spaces so you can use it to grow more tiles, but it's just not very interesting. Even if you manage the empty spaces perfectly. you very quickly clog up your board with unusable tiles due to the fact that they are never removed from the board. And the random chance shapes vary wildly in size and difficulty and you never know which one you will get next, so you cannot prepare the board for the next one, eliminating one of the potential strategy aspects. You can just get randomly screwed if the game decides to give you something you have no chance of matching. There should have been more, there should have been pre-made boards with pre-set shapes to match, but as it is, it is just a showcase of game mechanics without a cohesive gaming experience around it. I'm at a bit of a loss, I have to say. I'm confused as to why this title has such a high rating. There is nothing here. It's just the exact same loop every time, and that loop is nothing more than the most basic combine two items to make a new bigger item. No strategy, no challenge, just drag one item onto the other. You are meant to create certain shapes of items, like a straight line of shape #3, but each "map" is identical with the same functionality. Again, I am at a bit of a loss, I have to say. I'm confused as to why this title has such a high rating. This is the sort of game you'd get from a magazine demo disk of the mid 2000s, that's the level of complexity. To charge money for a very simple game that you'll find for free on itch.io is almost criminal.

Not for me, not really a puzzle game - is a chill relaxing 2048 like (join resources to create new ones) Overall nice and relaxing - not a fan of the asking price.

This is a cute game with nice graphics. I can tell the dev cared about it. There’s a light storyline about restoring a garden with a small magical creature guiding you, but it barely develops. It plays like a tile matching puzzle game where you merge plants to grow higher tiers and unlock new areas. The core loop never expands beyond matching and clearing space. There are a few hidden interactions and small surprises, but they don’t change much. Progress is slow and it feels like it would work better as a mobile game.
