Exsanguinate

It's priced well for the length. There is no main menu options to make any modification. There are less then handful in game. I kept getting frame drops and stutters. Could be me, old PC. Good puzzles with backstories that ties to the main story. The time period of the game is perplexing. The game is set in a world with cars and electricity. The manor has electric lights (lamps), kitchen with refrigerator, a TV and candles spread out. The main character uses a lantern from the start. No flashlight Mr. investigator? Once I finished the game. I understood why there is no way of healing. But it only make sense at the very last. So during if a player is low on health up until the last puzzle it'll become confusing.

Exsanguinate is an okay horror, puzzle game, but what is the story. In the town of Black Ridge a mysterious serial killer is running about murdering people in bizarre ritualistic ways and the sheriff's department is stretched thin, so it looks to private investigators Matthew Baker and his partner Daniel Houghton to find out what is happening. The notes are good as it paints a picture of how everything went wrong, another thing I like about the notes is that on note it explains why there are a bunch of weird puzzles in the manner, giving a reason that is both sweet yet tragic. The gameplay is fine basically you wander around solving light puzzles and hiding from the st…

The right elements added to the game and good music to set the ambiance. A good little title that is worth your time.

easy game 7\10

(Was gifted this game as it was on my wishlist and it was my birthday) Finished this game, ending is a bit unsatisfying and it feels like it's set up for a sequel. Though it's very hard to run from the spoopy lady when the lantern causes lag whilst turning and running (as it's a physics object) And as others have said, there's no healing
