Gun angle is wrong for Vive controllers, scale of everything is too large, simplistic sound and visuals. About playable for 5 minutes before you'll quit and uninstall.

There really isn't anything good I can say about this game other than it didn't crash or infect my computer with viruses. I don't think it was mining for bitcoin in the background either so that's all good. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience with this game is just bad. The worst thing is probably the gun physics / mechanic. It is hard to tell whether you are hitting anything or missing. The guns don't feel realistic and they are not fun to shoot. The only indication that you are hitting anything is this weird zombie animation where they convulse. The gun angle is also a little too high. You have unlimited ammo and you move your hands up to reload. You can dual-weild SMGs or handguns. There really is no reason to use the handguns. You just shoot the enemy that is closest to you. This game is simmilar to a lot of Zombie hold your ground shooters but doesn't overdue it for newcomers. Matter of the Dreams is a good place for those new to vr and just want to shoot some actually scary looking zombies. You'll get a good work out for your fingers as you press the trigger buttons faster than you have ever done before and will find your self in some pretty challenging scenarios. Even on the easiest difficulty I was overwhelmed in just a few minutes. The movement can be a little tricky at times as you can only teleport yourself in a few choke points on each level. I had difficulty aiming in this game and it may have been the lack of visibility on where my shots landed. It was nice to see the zombies reacting to being shot in certain places but most of the time it looked like they were participating in some "Harlem Shake" video. I would really like to see some form of tracer rounds with your bullets to see where you are aiming. Then again I have only gotten as far as using pistols in the game.
