About ...Knew the Beginning
In this Point&Click - Adventure you find yourself in the post-apocalypse and help the bartender in whose bar you wake up. To help him you're going to have to solve puzzles and talk to several NPCs in order to get them to help you in your quest.
You'll be meeting many new friends and other not so friendly interesting characters on your way in this strange world, littered with remnants of the world that it once was. Now it's your turn to fit in in this new strange hierarchy, that has been built by a gang calling themselves Survivors.
Depending on your humor, this game may also tickle your funny bone.

Probably the strangest game I ever played? Yes, I think so. When it ended I just sat there baffled at what I had just witnessed and yet ... I kinda like it.2 found this helpful

it's a bit wacky, but it's fun. i got stuck when the conductor was talking about decontaminating the train. never figured out how to fix that, but if you click on the map that shows the different areas you can teleport to them anyways.1 found this helpful
A German fever dream of an adventure game, you are an amnesiac trapped in the zombie post-apocalypse. Now it's up to you to gather a ragtag bunch of...odd people...to defend the local barkeep. A simple story with a very fun, bizarre vibe and easy puzzles. Short, sweet, and to the point!1 found this helpful
Traditional Point & Click Adventure game, simplified. Steam Deck: Completely playable by using an external mouse. You might be able to find a configuration that works without a mouse, but I wouldn't recommend it. Considerable drug references and foul language, so if that type of thing is upsetting to you, avoid this game. This is a weird, weird game, thematically. The odd, slightly askew art style matches the tone, which has an askew, surreal feeling to the world. This feels like a prologue to a game which might never get made. I would buy and play that game, if it were ever released, but by itself this game ends up feeling very slight and a little bit disappointing.1 found this helpful
After Graeldon's extensive review, this is more of a footnote so I can add another thumbs up to the store page. The game is very short, with some classic P&C humour spread throughout. It features blood, weapons and drugs, so it is not exactly a family friendly title. The design (art, menus, sound mixing) is overall amateurish but competent, to the point where I quickly grew fond of it. It stands out, but it works just fine, unlike other games which are just plain out unfinished. The only thing I missed is
knowing more about the protagonist or what happened before he woke up
. But then again, its omission is clearly intentional.1 found this helpful
