GUILT: The Deathless

Such an interesting little game with a really unique art style and surprisingly decent combat. But sadly, I think the devs abandoned it. edit - I guess its not abandoned. Will happily change to positive if the game ever comes out.

This is a super promising roguelike! I really enjoy the flow of the combat in this and the unique map traversal. The atmosphere is so cool, a good parry system, and a massive skill tree to tune your build to what fits your style. I can't wait for the full game to drop. Definitely a must for any souls-like or rogue-like fan.

Really love the graphics and overall aesthetic of the game. Reminds me of American McGee's Alice. Overall gameplay is quite fun, huge skill trees, simple but satisfying souls-like combat, good loot system. Still in Early Access, so the game is pretty short. But so far i was having fun.

This game has great combat, fun weapons, spells and enemy/boss design, but there's 2 core problems with it. 1 - The game forgets it's a soulslike, and soulslikes aren't built for fighting 6 enemies, in a 10 meter square room, that spam cones of projectiles. Usually if a souls game throws multiple enemies at you at the same time, it's either stun-lockable mobs or an area where you can lure the enemies into narrow spaces to single them out. Here, there's been multiple times that I've walked into a room and had to fight multiple heavy tier mobs without a chance of singling anyone out. Maybe the game is designed for multiplayer and that's why this happens, but why even include a solo mode at all if that's the case? I'd rather a feature not be in a game at all if it's poorly implemented. 2 - The game doesn't check paths before generating spaces. A lot of times an interractable space can spawn in the middle of 6 chasms and there's no physical way of getting to it. Multiple of my runs (I played the game offline for a total of about 4 hours) were lost because for multiple rooms in a row the potion space was essentially out of bounds. not for me. i like the gameplay but not the traveling around short distance

Solid, creepy-ass game. Soulsroguelike. Has some issues here & there & menu/settings are still kinda clunky, but it IS in early access. Still think it is a buy IMHO.
