About Tipston Salvage

Tipston Salvage is a strategic couch co-op logistics game for 1-4 players where you operate a vast number of eclectic junkyards throughout the city of Tipston. Call in new junk, crush and ship metal, and pack the designated storage areas neatly with the correct type of junk. The art of running a junkyard has been lost and it's up to your crew to figure it out!

BUILT FOR TEAMWORK
Every aspect is designed around the concept of working as a team. Communication is key when pulling off a sequence of tasks in sync with your teammates.

IMPROVE YOUR STRATEGY
Each junkyard has its own unique challenges and can take multiple attempts to figure out. Use the Planning Phase at the start of each level to discuss and plan your course of action.

DO NOT HANDLE WITH CARE
The junk business is loud and messy. Your truck is fitted with a jet engine that lets you rocket boost into friends and junk alike without the risk of breaking anything. Some recklessness is to be expected!

KEY FEATURES:
  • Designed from the ground up with cooperation in mind
  • Chaos comes from the players - not from random numbers
  • Plan your tasks at the start of each level by drawing directly on the screen
  • Large selection of challenges, ranging from beginner friendly to extreme difficulty
  • Many custom levels made specifically for 2 players
  • Learn to master a uniquely controlled vehicle fitted with a claw and a jet engine
AND ALSO:
  • Customize your truck with paints that can be found hidden or unlocked through challenges
  • Optional Leisure Mode that turns off time limits for those who wants to practice or relax

NOTICE:
  • Online Multiplayer is available through Parsec and Steam Remote Play Together
  • Keyboard controls are supported - Gamepad is recommended

This game is very polished. - If you have a tight co-op group definitely give this one a try. - Difficulty wise it rewards good/precise controls and also lots of teamwork. - The planner feature is super helpful for coordination and appreciated - Graphics look beautiful and have lots of character (I'll say it! Trucks look cute). - Music and sounds effects fits great with theme - Controls are tight out of the box with the present but also super customizable and tune-able. - Menus are so immersive and fun. Wonderful game! I have played it a bunch with 3 players and the variety of challenges doesn't get boring even after finishing about 50+ of the ~60 levels. We pushed upwards of 50 levels to gold and then went back to the beginning after unlocking platinum. After ~20 hours I'd guess my tight crew and I are at about 85% of level unlocked but maybe 70% completed as we strive for at least gold in all levels. The only downsize is that when playing online you HAVE to use remote play together and thus need a good internet with strong upload speed for streaming to multiple friends.

Highly underrated couch co-op game. Easy for anyone to pick up the basic premise but still challenging as you advance through the levels. Overall very well-polished and deserving of a spot next to games like PlateUp and Unrailed.

Great couch coop game, with separate high quality campaigns for single-player, 2-player couch coop, and 3/4 play couch coop. Players control functionally identical vehicles on a scrap yard and need to coordinate to basically sort materials and deliver things to certain places on that map. Sounds simple, but there are buttons to press to get new scrap, conveyor belts, transport ships and doors to control, etc, many with of which run on timers and need to be done regularly. It's about proper planning and coordination, but also about skilled execution with your vehicle. The game is extremely polished and beautiful for such a small indie game, with all the quality of life features I could wish for: starting from predefined control schemes available, to the beautiful graphics, well done in-game menu (!), planning phase screen, effortless controller config. I am impressed. There are way too few games with couch coop campaigns in general. This is a great one, and it deserves to be more whidely known. I recommend it for everyone who likes couch coop.
