About Anyway
Having a rough day? Nothing is going as planned? Then come and relax for a bit in our little whimsical forest and help our character Manni to collect berries for his friend!
Anyway is a 2D platformer adventure in which your character sets off every day to reach his friend at the other end of the forest and deliver him some berries he collected on the way. However every day is not the same: There are some secret rules to this place which can change from day to day. So be cautious, it may be dangerous out there! If however you make it to your friend and deliver your berries, all is well.

AD / Arrows left and right - Movement
S / Arrow Down - Camera push down
Space - Jump / Double Jump
Tab - Dash
ESC - Map / Menu

This game has emerged from a student project at the University of Duisburg and Essen, Germany, in the summer term 2020. It's made by a novice student indie game development team who wanted to release this game in order to make it available to a wider public. All assets are self-made.
At the moment all texts are only available in German and English.

Fun little game that at first doesn't look that challenging but getting the fruits everyday is hard work ;-) I really liked the overall artstyle and especially the little story artworks. The only thing I didn't really like is that you don't have all abilities in the beginning. Like the first day is a tard slow and confusing but it's also rewarding to progress and unlock those skills :) Overall I would recommend this fun little indie project.1 found this helpful
The cutest and challenging puzzle game ! I love the uniqueness of the game mechanics and kudos to the developers for making so many fun and mind-boggling puzzles with it. Overall it was a bit too linear and simplistic to my taste. If you try to finish it rather quickly like I did, you may get burnt. Overall, my experience with Anyway was both overwhelmingly positive and unique and not one I'll soon forget. It was emotional and fun to play and explore all that the game had to offer.1 found this helpful
