Captain Sabertooth and the Magic Diamond Positives: + Made in Norway + Nice graphics + Good sounds + Acceptable music + Colourful + Background depth + Good animations + Nice voiceacting (all languages) + Kind of fun to set the voiceacting to other nordic languages (swedish, danish, finnish) + At its best its a good and fun platformer + 4 different maps + Upgrades and abilites to unlock + Small puzzles + Collectibles, treasure maps etc + Some nice places to explore + Mini games (loved the timber rolling down the river) + Good length in total (about 10-15 hours) Negatives: - Identity crisis (it got the looks of a childrens game, but parts of it is way too hard for kids) - A lot of running back and forth - Way too few fast travel points (a big mistake) - Some unnecessary and limited level design - The constant repeating comments of the characters (I ended up turning the voice sounds off because of this) - Some parts are made really annoying and it gets frustrating to progress - Wall jumping could have been smoother - Some enemies are quite annoying - Why arent you aiming with the mouse instead of WASD keys? - Not enough information on what to do and where to go next - Sometimes you …

I've been waiting for a good discount on this one. It is a fair & fun game.

Playing with a 6 year old who hasn't touched many games at all, it was a solid 9/10 experience for the first two or three hours. The moment-to-moment gameplay got quite a bit difficult after a while, but this was a good thing as it allowed me to help out and we really enjoyed the teamwork of it. Then it quickly became a 4/10 as the lack of direction and clues got us stuck more than we'd like. We grew tired of trying to understand where to go as it became more of a test of patience and endurance than good, fun gameplay. I don't like hand-holding in games, but as a kids game, this is pretty bad. The extremely tedious fast travel system did not help. Since the majority of the game was like this, It's hard to recommend.

kids oriented platform game is not deep about gameplay but all the basics are there to be legit quite more focused on exploration last world was my fav because of some more challange still easy and it's around 6 hours - more if you go for 100% under 10 cash is still enjoyable for sure

A good little platformer in a beloved universe. Nice artstyle! Bummed that I can't get the last achievement (Missing nine chests that I can't find...) Overall ok experience Should have had some more fast travel points or the option to permanently open some more shortcuts.
