Recommended, a nice Indie 3D Platformer. I have all the Crash Bandicoot games for PC/Xbox so i love these types of games. Fun Cheat codes, cool level ideas. I had fun and would recommend to checkout.

Captain Sharkbait: Voyage for Treasure is a small but spirited 3D platformer that embraces classic collectathon sensibilities while wrapping them in a humorous pirate-themed adventure. Developed by Dylan Gray and published by Extra Pickle Studios, the game positions itself as a lighthearted romp rather than a sprawling epic, and that clarity of identity works in its favor. You take control of Captain Sharkbait, a notoriously unlucky pirate armed with two peg legs and an unwavering eagerness for treasure. The discovery of a message in a bottle promising riches sets the stage for an adventure that is intentionally playful, breezy, and grounded in simple but entertaining platforming fundamentals. The tone is whimsical from the outset, relying on stylized visuals, cartoonish character design, and a tongue-in-cheek presentation that aims to charm rather than impress through scale. I'll be blunt, I did not enjoy my time with this game. Captain Sharkbait: Voyage for Treasure is an Indie game inspired by the original Crash Bandicoot games. It's essentially a linear 3D platformer with a spin attack and wooden objects to break. Where Sharkbait suffers is.. well just about everything. The levels aren't very entertaining and are pretty empty feeling at points, there's no variety with the barrels (the stand in for crates) as each barrel just gives you 5 coins, the hit collision detection isn't fair, and there are very few enemies. I've also run into some glitches in the standard platforming levels where sometimes the Captain would spawn and not have the ability to use the sword, which is the main method of self defense in this game. On the subject of spawning, at one point the game set my checkpoint over a pit, so when I died I just kept falling into a pit with no way to escape. I do like how the game attempts to shake things up by having a race track in a kart, a minecart level, and even a UFO shooting stage, but these each bring their own problems. The UFO in particular felt very unresponsive and I did not enjoy that level at all. I'm willing to forgive the weak…
